What You Get
Paid IICRC Training
We sponsor all certifications — WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, and more. You grow, we invest.
Full Benefits Package
Medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees. Coverage starts at 60 days.
Competitive Pay + Overtime
Base pay ranges from $18–$32/hr depending on role and experience. Emergency calls earn overtime.
Performance Bonuses
Quarterly bonuses tied to job quality scores, customer satisfaction, and documentation accuracy.

In-Person Interview
Come meet the team at our Austin facility. You'll get a walk-through of our equipment, trucks, and operations.
Job Offer & Onboarding
If hired, you'll start a paid orientation week and begin IICRC training immediately — no waiting period for learning.
